1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in the browser of the person visiting it and that the browser sends back to the website, or to third parties, on later visits. The same rules apply to similar tools that store or read information on the device, such as browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage).

2. This website does not use cookies

The website does not set cookies, whether technical, statistical, profiling or third-party cookies, and it does not store information in your browser's storage.

It does not use visitor statistics tools, and its pages do not load third-party content such as social networks, videos, maps or external typefaces.

3. Why there is no cookie banner

Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) requires consent only for cookies and tools that are not technical. The guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021 (decision no. 231) provide for the banner to ask for that consent. The website uses neither cookies nor similar tools: there is therefore no consent to ask for, and for this reason it does not show the banner.

4. Links to other websites

Links to other websites, for example “Directions”, which opens Google Maps, or www.radiorelax.eu, open websites that may use their own cookies: their own notices apply.

5. If anything changes

If the website ever starts using cookies or similar tools, we will update this page before using them and, if your consent is required, we will ask you for it.
